ROBERT FROST AUDITORIUM RENOVATION

ROBERT FROST AUDITORIUM

Santa Monica, California

The Robert Frost Auditorium renovation project was a bold renovation of an iconic 1960-s era venue on the Culver City High School campus.

The original venue was a lecture or music hall, and was very much of it's time. It lacked overhead lighting positions, proper support spaces, and modern theatre equipment systems.

Part of the solution was to create a structure to support overhead rigging, draperies, and lighting, which after working closely with the architect, turned into a 40-foot tall arch that supported the new overhead and front of house lighting positions.

New performance lighting power and data systems were also provided, in addition to new LED lighting fixtures.
